What does the €29.99 cover?+
Personal research and outreach to up to three suitable estate agents, one follow-up with non-responders, and a private dashboard for the proposals we receive. It is a one-time service fee for one property, with no subscription.
Will I definitely receive three proposals?+
No. We approach up to three suitable agents, but their participation and responses are outside our control. You are paying for research and outreach. We do not guarantee a number of proposals, a valuation or a sale outcome.
How long does it take?+
We target completing the initial outreach round within seven working days of starting. If you expressly request an early start, we can begin during the 14-day cancellation period. Otherwise we wait until that period ends. Responses may arrive sooner or later; your dashboard shows actual progress.
Will agents call me straight away?+
We withhold your phone number and email while collecting proposals. We share your property brief with selected agents. Your contact details are shared with an agent only after you request that introduction.
Do you charge the estate agents?+
Agents participate and receive introductions free during this pilot. Your €29.99 pays for the service. Agents cannot pay for a preferred position in your comparison.
Are the proposals final quotes?+
Some proposals are indicative and require a property visit. We show the agent’s stated fees, VAT position, marketing costs and conditions without filling in missing information. Your eventual agency agreement is between you and the agent.
Can I cancel?+
You can notify us within 14 days of purchase. If you requested an early start, any amount retained must be proportionate to work supplied before cancellation. With the required request and acknowledgement, the change-of-mind right ends when the service is fully performed. Your other statutory rights remain.
Where is the service available?+
We accept residential property requests across the Republic of Ireland. We research suitable local PSRA-licensed agents for each property; their availability may vary.
