AgentCompare.ie provides information and tools to help you compare PSRA-licensed estate agents in Ireland. We are not an estate agent, a broker, or a property services provider, and we do not provide legal, financial, or valuation advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. By using AgentCompare.ie, you confirm that any information you submit is accurate and up to date.
3. Listings, reviews, and third-party content
Agent profiles, reviews, and ratings may come from third-party sources. We do not control third-party content and cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness. You should verify important information directly with the relevant agent or official sources.
4. Valuation requests and communications
When you request a valuation, you choose which agents may contact you. We do not guarantee that any agent will respond, quote, or provide services. Any agreement you enter into with an agent is solely between you and that agent.
If you choose the optional mortgage review checkbox, you agree that we may share your contact details and relevant property context with our QFA-approved mortgage partner panel so they can contact you directly.
5. Fees and partner placements
The service is free for property sellers. Some agencies may be featured partners and may appear more prominently. Partner agencies are labeled so you can make an informed choice.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the site or attempt to access it using automated methods that may disrupt service.
- Do not copy, scrape, or republish content without permission.
- Do not submit false or misleading information.
7. Intellectual property
The AgentCompare.ie website, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties about the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the information provided.
9. Limitation of liability
