I recently used the services of Dillon Prendiville Auctioneers to sell an old derelict house by online auction. There is a lot of preparation involved which I had not realized, with the added pressure of an auction date. But I have to say Tom and Noreen were brilliant , the whole process went without a hitch. The advise Tom gave us at the early stages to prepare the property etc was immeasurable.He kept us informed regularly, we cannot recommend Dillon Auctioneers highly enough.
