He always gets back to you promptly and has been so very helpful to me in selling my property and advising me on purchasing another. A true gem.

Despite having their number listed online for public access, upon contact the representative on the phone was beyond unprofessional. What started as a polite query escalated into the clearly aggravated and rude man, shouting down the phone at me in the most disrespectful tone accompanied by snarky and inappropriate language. I would expect better from an agency with such high esteem. Hopefully this issue is rectified so other customers need not suffer at the hands of such unprofessionalism.

Terrible experience. We went sale agreed but valuation came back at a significant amount lower. Churches were not helpful in attempting to sort problem out. They made comparisons to “similar properties” which were not similar, claiming our 3-bed equates to all other properties which were 4-5-bed homes some in worse and some in better condition. This property has fallen through before and will likely do so again if they proceed with the same strategies. We will never recommend these agents in the future.
