I recently purchased a home from Fair Deal Properties. This is by far the best auctioneers I have dealt with. I met Michael when I viewed the property and found him to be very professional and genuine. He encouraged me to take all the time I needed to view the property and answered all my questions. I found the online bidding very easy and transparent, much better than phoning in bids. Johnny was an absolute pleasure to deal with, very decent and honest which is rare in the industry. He phoned me to inform and congratulate me on being the successful bidder. Finally to Avril in the office, again wonderful to deal with, very professional and always kept me updated and followed up on things immediately. I had an exceptional experience working with Johnny Gannon Auctioneer on the sale of my home in Dublin. For me, Johnny stood out straight away when I first spoke with him. He listens to the customer, and took on board my ideas in terms of the price I wanted to pitch the property for sale at. He listened to how I would like to approach things. He had keen attention to detail and a unique flair in the script writing in terms of bringing the prospective purchaser on a journey, from online into the living space of my home; selling my house for above the asking price I had in mind. To do this, he took that extra time to take on board the fine details about my home, and highlighted the unique selling points without leaving out a thing. I can only say Johnny was superb at the marketing. My house was always listed very high on daft, and had thousands more views than other competing properties in the surrounding areas in Dublin. The advert was continually refreshed by his hard working team. I was also continually kept updated on any enquiries. The online bidding was extremely handy, as I found it easy to keep up to date with every bid instantly. Johnny's team overall provide a very personable, friendly service. There is a feeling you have known Johnny all your life when you talk to him.
