You’re in very safe professional hands when you choose property home and away. Declan was fully engaged in the process from the start. Everything from taking pictures of the house to show it in the best light, to arranging viewings and communication with ourselves and any viewers/bidders. He got the best price for our house, higher than any in the area had previously gone for. He gives the viewers their space and he’s very approachable. He was able to shed insight not only on offers but also on the bidders themselves - who’s likely to proceed, who’s showing interest- he gives the buyer a full 360 of will this person proceed or will they drop out. We were very pleased.
