I had an unfortunate experience with the lettings department at this branch. Communication was poor throughout the process, and I felt the service lacked the professionalism I expected from an established estate agency.

We let an apartment in The Blake , Lansdowne Place through SF in Oct 21. We asked about potential noise disruption from the building work on the next door apartment block and were assured by the MD that there would be none. This was a complete lie and as a result we spent 7 months in an apartment that was unlivable during the day due to drilling, hammering and other building works (see review of Lansdowne Place for videos). The MD of SF has continued to lie to other prospective tenants that there is no building noise (it continues daily which she and other letting agents are fully aware of) and she is knowingly putting people in very damaging and unsatisfactory rental conditions. Very unprofessional and unethical business.

Danielle was excellent, kept us well informed of interest and offers. Once the sale was agreed followed up the tranaction until it was completed. She was extremely professional

Always double check that facts vs. what these agents are saying - never take their words as is - they will say anything to sell!! They will not tell you all the facts and even withhold information. Real estate agents and builders need to be regulated like the banks!! Reply to owner: Im gonna post it all here for people to know!
