Extremely unprofessional experience. I had a scheduled viewing with Zachary between 1:30 and 2:00 PM. I informed him in advance that I would be 15 minutes late, and I arrived at 1:45 — only to find out he had already left. I took time off work and travelled from the city centre for this appointment. Completely disrespectful of people’s time. Would not recommend dealing with him.
